​The Junior Auxiliary of Meridian Member of the Year award recognizes exemplary performance by a member identified by her peers as having consistently excelled in the organization, and demonstrated a strong commitment to the mission and values of Junior Auxiliary. She is an active member who has made a significant impact on Junior Auxiliary through outstanding dedication, competence, exceptional performance, excellent service to projects, and commitment to the organization. This year, the JA of Meridian membership chose Ellen Countiss as the Member of the Year. Ellen has dedicated countless hours of service with our Chapter, spearheading our Reading is Fundamental Project and organizing an amazingly successful silent auction! We are grateful for her commitment to service, positive outlook, caring heart, and passion for giving back to her community!
