Helping Hands

Junior Auxiliary of Meridian provides basic necessities to area children throughout the school year. JA of Meridian partners with local school counselors to identify and address student needs including uniforms, eye exams and glasses, and shoes. JA of Meridian is thrilled to have “Kicks for Kids”, the 2017-2018 Provisional Class project, as an addition to Helping Hands. With this addition, JA of Meridian will distribute 1,000 pairs of shoes in the upcoming school year. Our goal is to help children have a more positive outlook by having proper clothing and shoes for the school environment.
